Items will be posted by Royal Mail, 1st class postage, , within 5-7 working days from confirmed receipt of payment. We will notify you by email when your order is shipped. Should there be a delay in shipment, we will also contact you by email. If items are damaged upon receipt please contact us by email explaining the problem, including a photo of the damage in your email, and we will arrange a refund.
