Short Term Volunteering
To be a short term volunteer, you must be prepared for anything, flexibility is the name of the game! Above all you must be keen and used to hard work. Short term volunteers should plan a minimum stay of 4 weeks (working holiday offer now for 2-4 weeks, see below), and can stay for up to 3 months.  You must provide a CV and two references. Minimum age 18 years - no maximum!

FAQ's

Costs ** due to escalating costs our fees for 2010 have increased.
You will need to be financially prepared to provide for the following:

Return airfare to Lagos, Nigeria £450-700 (from Europe/UK), depending on season
Return airfare Lagos - Calabar £150
Fees for placement, which includes room and board, payable in advance £200/week
Personal spending money £25-50/week
Vaccinations variable, depending on needs
Anti malarial medication variable, depending on medication used
